Our houses are born around the beginning of '900, the parents of his grandfather Clemente, known locally as Clemè, built the house against the mountain Calamaia, receiving, among others scorn of many in the country. The area was known as “the huts” because there were stables for the shelter animals, remittances for agricultural tools and warehouses for the storage of food products such as flour, beans, sausages etc.

After the earthquake of 1920, which our homes survived unscathed, thanks precisely to their being close to Mount Calamaia, the stables were converted into dwellings in the land behind creating terraces planted: Clemente Orsi lived here with his wife Teresa Paladini, dialect Trè, with their five children Ilde, Teodora, Jacopo, Matteo e Mario.

It was the latter, Mario, to inherit the house and pass on the passion for the traditions of the country of Gorfigliano to their children and grandchildren. This gave rise to our small apartments, four mini apartments: Farro, Aia, Castagno and Metato provided with every comfort, while maintaining the characteristics of the "house garfagnina". They all have one bedroom, a small living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine.

The Holiday House "dai nonni Trè e Clemè", has a swimming pool, to which all guests have access.

Gorfigliano is the focus of interesting places to many points of view that offers the possibility of many excursions on foot or mountain bike.
